Story: Srimannarayana(Bala Krishna) is a professor in a college. He always sticks to justice. He goes to any extent to do whatever he thinks is right. He stays with his grandmother (K.R.Vijaya). Janaki(Sneha Ullal) joins the same college after dropping out from BITS Pilani. A gang of rowdies from her hometown Vizag who are in search for her comes to know that she joined in this college and tries to take her back home. Srimannarayana rescues her but in the process his grandmother gets stabbed…..The person who stabbed is the uncle of Srimannarayana and Janaki is his daughter.
K.R.Vijaya starts narrating about Srimannarayana’s Parents. Narasimha(BalaKrishna) is a foreign returned doctor and serves the poor in Bobbili. He belongs to the royal Bobbili clan. He fights the atrocities of Kota and his sons…..
Rest of the movie has to be enjoyed don the silver screen…
Artist’s Performance: Bala Krishna’s portrayal as Narasimha in the second half is the backbone of this movie. His dubbing was very unique. His costumes were well matched for the role. These kind of roles are not new for Bala Krishna but the taking by the director was different this time.
Nayanatara looked stunning. Though her role was limited, her presence was felt.
Sneha Ullal’s looked very young beside Bala Krishna.
Namitha played a college lecturer with vamp shades. She crossed the limits of being obese and I don’t know the exact term to use here.
Venu Madhav, Ali and Bramhanandam’s comedy was not well written.
Technical Details: Boyapati Srinu has showd Bala Krishna in a stylish way. The second half started on a very high note but he was unable to maintain that intensity as the movie proceeded. Dialogues were very crisp.
Music by chakri was ok. Background score by Chinna should have been much better. Action episodes by Ram-Laxman and Stun Siva were good.
Editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara rao was fine.

Super Verdict: Simha released amidst huge hype which ensures a huge openings. Simha won’t be impressing the A centre audience but, after long gap Bala Krishna is going to make the boxoffice ringing with the collections from B and C centers.
